This project was on behalf of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), it took place in Yaounde-Cameroon and lasted 12 months.
IDEACONSULT was responsible for proposing and implementing an approach to evaluating OHADA’s activity and its economic impact.
The study presented the economic impact of OHADA by comparing the period before 1997 and the reference period 2015 to 2019, and examined the effectiveness and uniformity of the application of the Uniform Acts in the 17 States parties (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Comoros, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Niger, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Senegal, Chad, and Togo).
