Design of the Ntam OSBP legal agreement, procedures and border services training manual

The cooperation between Cameroon and Congo is based on the legal instruments produced by EMCCA and ECCAS. As part of this instrument, numerous national and sub-regional standards have been adopted to improve the legal framework of the transport sector, in particular the management of corridors and One Stop Border Posts (OSBP), particularly that of Ntam, located on the border of Cameroon and Congo.

• Phase 1 : Assessment of the current situation
• Phase 2 : Preparation of draft texts relating to the legal status of the Single Border Control Posts, the post management procedures manual, the training manual and awareness-raising themes
• Phase 3 : Organization of training and awareness-raising activities for border services
