PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The assignment consists of building two strategies, both global and integral, for investment and communication promotion and their declension in the form of defined and targeted actions, so as to stimulate the development of the private sector, attract more inflows of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), broaden visibility to the ZFN and better publicize its objectives, its institutional and legal framework, its investment opportunities, its economic spin-offs on Nouadhibou and Mauritania.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Phase 1 : Start-up and mobilization of the team
- Phase 2 : Inventory and development of the two investment promotion and communication strategies
- Phase 3 : Implementation of communication activities planned during the first year
- Phase 4 : Implementation of communication activities during the second year
