Drawing up a strategic action plan for Integrated Water Resource Management in the Congo Basin CICOS

The assignment is to develop the Strategic Action Plan (SAP) for an integrated management of water resources in the basin. The SAP aims to enable the institutional framework for effective management to be strengthened, to improve CICOS’s skills and to set up an appropriate planning mechanism and partnership.

• Action 1 : Analysis of reference documents
• Action 2 : Conceptualization of the working methodology
• Action 3 : Organization of meetings to review SAP priorities
• Action 4 : Collection of additional data and information
• Action 5 : Development of the preliminary draft of the SAP
• Action 6 : Consultations for the examination of the preliminary draft of the SAP
• Action 7 : Finalization of the SAP
• Action 8 : Submission of the final version of the SAP
