PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is part of the initiative taken by the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to launch strategic reflections on spatial planning, through the development of a National Spatial Planning Policy (PNAT) and a Framework Law on Spatial Planning (LAT). This legal arsenal supports the study for the development of a national Land Use planning scheme and methodological guides for the design of provincial and local Land Use plans.
