Elaboration of the local development plan for the city of Libreville

The assignment aims to provide the municipal authorities and other stakeholders with an operational and consensual instrument that synthesizes the coherent actions to be carried out over a quiquennat taking into account the available resources and potentialities as well as the constraints that limit the development of the Libreville municipality.
