PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The National Land Use planning is a guiding document for the organization of space and an instrument for coordinating the actions of all ministerial departments. The implementation of the SRADDT provides regional authorities with a common frame of reference for transforming the region’s territory and achieving development objectives.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Phase 1 : Analytical diagnosis
- Phase 2 : Prospective analysis
- Phase 3 : Identification of the basic principles and key spatial planning guidelines up to 2035
- Phase 4 : Formulation of strategic objectives and the five-year action plan
- Phase 5 : Synthesis
