Electricity tariff study and plan

The assignment consists of elaborating a study and a tariff plan for the electricity sector in Benin so as to enable the (Electricity Regulatory Agency) to exercise its prerogatives in approving tariffs and to provide key elements to enable policy makers to make informed decisions on tariff setting, that safeguard the financial balance of operators, preserve the competitiveness of the Beninese private sector while providing social safety networks, in order to protect the most deprived people.
