PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Support Project for the Modernization of the Cadastre and Business Climate (PAMOCCA) aims to enhance Cameroon’s land capital to improve growth in a sustainable manner. The assignment focuses on the implementation of activities under component 2, mainly the enhancement of the cadastral and land system.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Mission 1 : Establishment and effective operation of the Cadastre Tripartite Strategic Steering Framework (CPTS)
- Mission 2 : Study for the development of a national cadastral system
- Mission 3 : Study on women’s access to land ownership
- Mission 4 : Development of Urban Master Plans (PDU) for the cities of Garoua and Maroua
- Mission 5 : Support to the National Advanced School of Public Works (ENSTP) for the training of Engineers and Surveying Technicians
- Mission 6 : Training for the use of technical equipment and tools for cadastre, Land Use and spatial planning
