PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The study aims to contribute to improving the performance of the national Land Use planning policy in Tunisia, particularly in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, coherence and sustainability, ensuring its optimal contribution to achieving the objectives set within the framework of the Eleven Development Plan or other strategic documents.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Phase 1 : Literature review, documentary analysis and first sound of interviews
- Phase 2 : Joint organization with AFD, MEHAT and MDCI of a kick-off workshop and proposal of case studies
- Phase 3 : Second sound of interviews, process analysis based on case studies and facilitation of a second process-focused workshop
- Phase 4 : Evaluative analysis and drafting of the interim report
- Phase 5 : Feedback workshop and submission of the final report
