PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project aims to carry out a technical, socio-economic, financial, legal, organizational and environmental and social feasibility study for the setup of an agricultural hub in the Center zone of Senegal, namely the regions of Kaolack, Kaffrine, Fatick and Diourbel.
