PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The transport function must be regularly evolving and supporting the agriculture sector, which implies a constant adaptation of the road network and in particular the upgrading of agricultural tracks which constitute its first link. This upgrading is particularly decisive in irrigated areas which participate on average up to 35% of the total value of agricultural production, contribute to approximately 20% of the value of agricultural exports and intervene for 20% in fostering employment opportunities in the sector.

- Phase 1 : Identification and feasibility of 800 km of agricultural tracks in public irrigated perimeters, multi-criteria analysis and selection of 500 km for detailed studies
- Phase 2 : Detailed design of 500 km of agricultural tracks and call for Tender Documents (TD)
