PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project aims to establish a regional civil aviation academy in Central Africa, with human, material and equipment resources, advanced technology, a flexible and financially autonomous organization. The main objective is to meet the training needs in the field of civil aviation, required by the industry and aviation safety supervisory authorities, and to contribute to the securing of the activity and its development on a sub-regional and international scale.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Phase A : Diagnosis analysis, identification of training needs and site selection
- Phase B : Sizing, definition of project components and outlines, and identification of the certification process
