PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Cameroon has drawn up a National Railway Master Plan to provide a clear picture of the development of the railway network and the exploitation of natural resources. The N’gaoundere Douala railway route is one of the sections for which the resources generated by mineral transport are significant andhas been selected as one of the sections to be completed in the short term, with its financing expected from private entities involved in mining operations.
The objective of the feasibility study is to define the project’s main technical components, model transport demand, assess cost, and estimate the profitability indicators as well as the return on investment.
