PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Government intends to significantly increase, through the effective and rational management of human resources, the performance of Djibouti Electricity (EDD) in terms of service delivery and operational costs, in order to ultimately ensure that EDD’s human resources mesh with the many needs and challenges facing EDD today.
In addition, the Government expects from this service recommendations and a concrete action plan to better equip EDD in its efforts to reduce its significant non-technical losses.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Task 1 : Audit of EDD activities
- Task 2 : Program to reform EDD personnel as a public entity
- Task 3 : Program to strengthen EDD’s management, organization, capacities and procedures
