Independent Final Evaluation Services for the Tunisia Madinatiouna II Project

The Madinatouna II project supports the decentralization process and aims to promote (i) sustainable and inclusive urban development in inland regions and (ii) strategic urban planning in several cities. The assessment covered by this project concerns four cities: Beja, Jendouba, Medenine and Tataouine.

• Evaluation of the results achieved and formulation of key lessons on successful operational approaches and practices
• Evaluation of the degree of ownership and sustainability of the project’s achievements by stakeholders at the national, regional and municipal levels
• Evaluation of of gender mainstreaming in all project activities
• Adequacy of project design, local context and implementation timeframe
