-collect high-quality data on the Management Offices, schools, principals, teachers, pupils, households, and communities
-produce a neat database of all the collected data
-archive all the data and documentation

• Recruitment, training and selection of field staff
• Participation in pilot surveys
• Purchase of laptops or tablets
• Preparation and conduct of data collection in the field
• Data entry and reconciliation
• Elaboration of an overall report
