Institutional study of the Ministry of Transport and Communication (MINTVC)

This strategic study aims to propose an optimal framework for the MINTVC compatible with its new mission of regulating the transport sector in a context of public-private partnership and State disengagement from commercial activities. The objective is to clarify the role, missions and organization of the department, define profiles based on the general statutes of the public administration as well as training and capacity building enhancement needs.
