National transport planning and management strategy and action plan 2018 - 2027

The aim is to provide Burundi with a rational and integrated strategy for the different modes of transport, making it possible to reduce internal and external landlockedness, meet the needs of the productive sectors, irrigate the territory in a balanced manner and consolidate the physical integration of Burundi in the sub-region. It is accompanied by a ten-year action plan 2018 – 2027 to enable its operationalization.
