Preparation of the National Strategy for the Adaptation and Resilience of Transport Infrastructures to the Effects of Climate Change (SNARITECC)

To address climate vulnerability, it is essential that the strategic investments in transport infrastructure planned by the Cameroonian public authorities as well as the rehabilitation of current damaged infrastructure, consider the consequences of this vulnerability. The anlysis will also need to take into account the disruptions and interruptions of economic activity related to these disturbances.

• Phase 1 : Assessment of the current situation
• Phase 2 : Guidelines for resilience and adaptation of transport infrastructure to climate change
• Phase 3 : Action plan, priority investment program and framework for implementing the strategy
