Retrospective evaluation of the Tunis light rail infrastructure modernization project

The assignment concerns the retrospective evaluation of the Greater Tunis light rail system, providing a well reasoned opinion on the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and viability of the project, in light of the context, policies and intervention procedures of the French Development Agency Group.

The study examined the project’s achievements compared to the set objectives and also reviewed the execution of operational processes during the various implementation and monitoring phases.
