Study for upgrading the road sub-sector

The study aims to develop Tunisia’s institutional capacities in order to improve the performance of the road sub-sector. More specifically, it aims to identify institutional reforms to improve the efficiency of the sub-sector, by proposing a comprehensive policy for road asset management, while taking into account the internal and especially external constraints of the Ministry of Equipment, Housing and Land Use.

• Phase 1 : Diagnosis of the current situation
• Phase 2 : Proposal for improving the institutional organization of the road sector
• Phase 3 : Support for the implementation of institutional reforms
