PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The objective of the assignment is to propose and implement an approach to assess OHADA’s activity and its economic impact by comparing the pre-1997 period to the 2015-2019 reference period through examining the effectiveness and uniformity of the application of the Uniform Acts in the 17 States parties (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Comoros Islands, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Niger, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Chad, and Togo).
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Phase 1 : Assessment of the effectiveness, economic impact and uniformity of application of OHADA law, using objective and consistent criteria.
- Phase 2 : Design of a new monitoring-evaluation method
- Phase3 : Final report
