Study to assess the impact of vocational training 1998

The Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment (MFPE) launched the MANFORME program (Professional Training and Employment Upgrade Program) to meet companies’ training needs and optimize continuing training systems. The National Observatory of Employment and Qualifications, a MANFORME project, was created to develop an information and analysis system for the employment market and vocational training. This system includes impact assessment surveys aimed at optimizing vocational training instruments and guiding Government policy on employment and training.
