PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Central African Republic suffers from a pronounced external bottleneck, amplified by an internal bottleneck due to the weakness of the transport infrastructure networks. The study adresses this issue by implementing a coherent multimodal sectoral strategy to stimulate the development of productive sectors, improve the living conditions of the population and their access to basic services, and enhance the competitiveness of the economy.
