PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The assignment is initiated within the framework of the Regional Communication Infrastructure Program (WARCIP) funded by the World Bank, which has enabled Guinea to gain direct access to ACE (Africa Cost To Europe) fiber optic submarine cable.
The study aims to formulate recommendations to the Government concerning tax and tariff suitable measures to the various stakeholders in the sector : Government, operators and consumers.
