Territorial planning for an agropastoral component in the National Program for Participatory Development (PNDP)

The study aims to define, on the basis of an assessment of the activities of the National Participatory Development Program (PNDP) and the dynamics underway, an approach to consultation/ planning/ programming/ implementation of “structuring” investments in economic development and regional planning, complementary to communal development plans.

• Conceptual phase of a mechanism for implementing the PNDP
• Experimental phase for testing the proposed methodology
• Operational phase aimed at establishing the modus operandi to be followed
