Urban, financial and organizational audits of the cities of Bukavu, Kalemie, Matadi, Kikwit, Kindu and Mbandaka

The project is built around two major components, the urban governance and the urban infrastructure, and aims to:

• Support the decentralization process and encourage the expansion of the responsibilities of cities and local communities
• Assist local authorities in the preparation of Priority Investment Programs (PIP), Municipal Support Programs (PAM) and Priority Maintenance Programs (PEP)
• Contribute to the approval of these programs in a “City Contract”, signed between the hierarchical managers and the cities of the project represented by their Mayors.
