PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In light of the financial challenges faced by the municipalities of Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire, concrete actions were required to improve their governance and urban management performance. The aim of the assignment is to provide the municipalities of Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire with a State-Department Contract, accompanied by a management procedures manual, aligned with a Priority Investment Program (PIP), a Priority Maintenance Program and a Performance Improvement Program .
